Vegetable Gardening 102
An extension of Vegetable Gardening 101, this class is timed to coincide with the discovery of insects and diseases in the garden Troubleshooting and treatment will be the focus. The class will be April 19, 6:30-8:30 PM. Location will be announced. Click here to download a registration form.
Maintaining a Healthy Lawn
This class will begin with an overview of the four major turfgrasses grown here in Middle Georgia, to include general characteristics, needs, and maintenance. Then students will choose among three concurrent breakout sessions covering Weeds, Insects, and Diseases. Bring a friend and attend different breakouts then share information! The class will be March 23, 6:30-8:30 PM in the Extension Office Multipurpose Room located on the top floor of the old courthouse in Perry. Cost is $10 per person.
